KRCC to Host Third Annual Gala

Kentucky River Community Care’s (KRCC) third annual fundraising gala will be held from 7 p.m. to midnight Sat., March 24, at the First Federal Center on the campus of Hazard Community & Technical College (HCTC).

Proceeds from the gala will benefit KRCC’s youth drop-in centers, its annual scholarships, and youth leadership academy.

This year’s theme is “Fire and Ice.” The event includes a sit-down dinner catered by Big Blue Smokehouse, a free photo booth, music, door prizes, and a dance floor for guests to “dance away the ice of winter.”

Door prizes include a 40-inch HD Roku Smart TV, Yeti Tundra Cooler, 82-inch inflatable projection screen and projector kit, and the very latest Apple Watch.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the gala begins at 7 p.m. Formal attire is not required.

Tickets are $50 for dinner and dancing or $80 for dinner, drinks, and dancing. Tickets can be purchased online at http://krccnet.com/gala/.
